To manage your account click on your name (top right) and select "Manage Account".
Each subscription includes credits that are consumed every time data is extracted. You can buy credits any time by clicking on "Buy Credits" or increase the monthly number of credits permanently by contacting support.
Your purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits are reset every month.

When downgrading to an individual you lose access to the business features immediately. We recommend downgrading at the end of the current billing period.
