Receipt OCR API

Extract structured data from receipt images and PDFs: merchant, date, line items, and total. Use the same upload and job flow as invoices with document type tuned for receipts.

Use POST /protected/document and create a job with the appropriate job type. See Invoice OCR API for the request/response pattern; receipt extraction follows the same flow.
