No, we do not enforce any contracts for long-term commitments or other contract obligations whatsoever. And there are no hidden charges or fees.
Absolutely, you can add as many users as you want for free. Users share the pages included in the plan.
You can choose a plan depending on how many pages you need and the level of support. Cancel your subscription after you're done with the project and you'll only get billed once.
During the 14-day free trial DocuClipper extracts and reconciles all transactions (so you can make sure it works well) but only allows 10 transactions to be downloaded.
We offer a 30% discount for yearly subscriptions. If you're unsure, we also provide a free 14-day trial — limited to 120 pages and exporting only 10 transactions — so you can evaluate DocuClipper's accuracy and speed before committing.
DocuClipper offers a free 14-day trial so you can test the software exhaustively. After the trial, DocuClipper does not issue refunds in general.

Pages included in the monthly plan do not carry forward to the next month. This means that any unused pages at the end of your billing cycle will not be available in the next cycle. When choosing annual billing, you get all the pages for the year upfront which is useful if your usage varies from month to month.
In the event that you attempt to convert your PDF statements and the system fails to do so, we will gladly reset those pages for you. We only count pages that are successfully processed.
Your plan will automatically renew each month/year depending on your billing cycle. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account.
No, there are no contractual obligations or extra fees of any kind.
ChatGPT can read a PDF and produce a table, but it is not reliable at scale — long bank statements commonly surface hallucinated amounts, missing rows, and wrong dates, and there is no reconciliation check on the output. It also does not produce valid QBO, IIF, or clean CSV files for QuickBooks and Xero, and most firms cannot send client financial data to public chat tools without breaking their data policy. DocuClipper uses AI alongside bank-specific templates, reconciliation checks, direct integrations, and SOC 2 Type II data handling so the output lands in your accounting system cleanly.
