What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain features across our web app, APIs, and integrations—with agents accelerating exploration and boilerplate, not replacing thinking.
- Use coding-agent workflows (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) deliberately: clear specs, reviews, tests, and rollback plans.
- Improve reliability and performance of document processing pipelines customers depend on.
- Partner with product on scope, tradeoffs, and incremental delivery; document what you ship.
What we are looking for
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript or the stacks we use day to day; willingness to learn our codebase fast.
- Evidence you ship end-to-end: links to work, PR descriptions, or a detailed narrative of a system you built or debugged.
- Experience using AI coding tools as a force multiplier—you edit, verify, and own the result.
- Pragmatic testing habits and respect for production: observability, edge cases, and security basics.
Seniority title is less important than demonstrated ability. If you are early-career but exceptional, prove it in your application.
