What did they produce, and what is missing?

An account-by-month grid of every statement produced, with missing months named in a CSV you can turn into a deficiency letter.

How to organize discovery statements

Find hidden money

Where did the money go?

Accounts the statements mention that nobody produced, transfers with no matching deposit, cash withdrawals and new payees.

How to analyze statements for divorce

Establish real income

What does the other parent really earn?

Deposits grouped by payer, with own-account transfers, refunds and loan proceeds left out, averaged by month.

How to prove self-employed income

“It reads bank statements so well. The number of transactions missed is like 1 in 500. It's pretty magical and head and shoulders above the rest of the programs I tried.”

“I used DocuClipper for my fraud examinations. You can extract data with over 95% reliability on non-organic documents and greater than 99% on organic PDFs — and it's by far more affordable than competing tools.”

What it does not do

  • It reads only what was produced. An account never mentioned in any produced statement cannot be found from the statements, and cash that never touched a bank is invisible.
  • It flags; you decide. A referenced account can be closed or already disclosed, and a low authenticity score can come from a scan. Every flag comes with the transactions behind it.
  • It does not apply Bates numbers, review privilege, or calculate support. It is the financial analysis step, not a document review platform.

Frequently asked questions

DocuClipper turns the bank and credit card statements produced in a divorce or support case into one transaction table, checks each statement against its printed balances, and shows which months and accounts are missing. It then pairs transfers between accounts, groups deposits by payer to show income, categorizes spending, and scores each PDF for signs of editing.
It finds accounts the produced statements refer to. DocuClipper reads every transaction description for account numbers and institution names and lists the accounts you hold no statement for, with every transaction that names them. It cannot find an account that never appears in any produced statement.
Both use it. Attorneys and paralegals use it to organize a production, find what is missing and see the income and spending before deciding whether to retain an expert. Forensic accountants use the same project for tracing, flow of funds and the schedules in their report.
No. DocuClipper measures what the statements show: income by payer, spending by category, transfers and gaps. Your state's guideline, your expert and the court decide what counts as income and what support is owed.
Admissibility is decided by the court under the applicable rules of evidence, not by any software. DocuClipper gives you the transaction data and the statement each figure came from, so the person presenting the analysis can explain how it was built.
DocuClipper is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts data in transit. Check any protective order or confidentiality agreement in the case before uploading produced records to a cloud service.
