Why Only 10 Transactions Have Been Exported?
The trial plan limits downloads to 10 transactions per statement so you can verify accuracy before upgrading, here's how to unlock the full export.
On the free trial, DocuClipper extracts and reconciles every transaction in your statement so you can confirm accuracy, but downloads are capped at 10 transactions per statement.
This lets you evaluate the output quality without committing to a paid plan.
How to unlock the full download
Upgrade to any paid plan and re-run the download. The same conversion output is used, you don't need to re-upload or re-extract.
- Go to Account → Plan & Billing.
- Pick a plan (Starter works for most individual users).
- Return to your project and click Download Data again, you'll get every row.
