On the free trial, DocuClipper extracts and reconciles every transaction in your statement so you can confirm accuracy on-screen, but the free trial exports up to 10 transactions per account, across all jobs. Your first download contains that sample, and the file carries a header stating the same rule. Downloading the same rows again, in any format, is free and does not use more of the sample.
This lets you evaluate the output quality before committing to a paid plan. The limit lifts automatically once your account is on a paid subscription (or has purchased credits). It applies to the account, not to each statement or job, so converting more statements does not add to it.
Invoices, receipts and tax forms work the same way, with a sample of 3 per account. The sample covers downloads, accounting integrations, automations and the API; after it, DocuClipper shows an upgrade window when you export.
How to unlock the full download
Subscribe to any paid plan, then re-run the download. The same conversion output is reused - you don't need to re-upload or re-extract.
- Go to Account → Upgrade and pick a plan (Starter works for most individual users).
- Return to your project and click Download again - you'll get every row.
