API Plan Billing
How the DocuClipper API plan is billed: $199 a month with 2,000 pages included, $0.10 per page after that, 50 free live pages with a card on file, and volume quotes above 20,000 pages a month.

The API plan is the plan for API-only accounts. Web plans are billed differently: they include API access, and API conversions count against the web plan's pages.

A page is one page of a statement you convert with a live key. A 12-page statement uses 12 pages.
What is free
- The sandbox. Your test key (
dcp_test_) works without limits on our sample statements and never uses pages. See Test the API Free with a Sandbox Key. - 50 live pages. Once a card is on file, your first 50 pages on your own statements are free. The free pages come once per card.
Adding a card does not start the plan. Nothing is charged until you choose the API plan.
Starting the plan
When you are ready to convert more than the free pages, start the API plan from your developer console. You pay securely through Stripe Checkout, and the plan renews monthly. Usage for the current month, including pages above the 2,000 included, is shown in your developer console.

If you expect more than 20,000 pages a month, email support@docuclipper.com with your expected monthly volume for a quote.
