DocuClipper Page Reset & Plan Renewal

When your DocuClipper plan renews, when your pages reset, and where to see your next billing date.

Last updated

This article explains when your DocuClipper plan renews, when your next payment is due, and when your monthly pages reset.

When will my plan renew?

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. The renewal date depends on when you first subscribed — if you subscribed on the 5th, a monthly plan renews on the 5th of the following month. Annual plans renew on the same date one year later.

When is my next payment?

Your next payment is charged on your renewal date. Using the example above, a monthly plan that renews on the 5th is also charged on the 5th.

When do my pages reset?

Your subscription page allowance resets at the start of each new billing cycle — the same day your plan renews. Unused subscription pages do not roll over to the next cycle. Purchased one-off pages are separate and never expire.

Where to see your renewal date

Your renewal date is shown right on the Plan & Billing page:

  1. Log in to DocuClipper.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Open Plan & Billing.
  4. Under your plan name you'll see your page allowance and a Renews [date] line. From here you can also Manage billing & download invoices (this opens Stripe) or adjust overage protection.
