Unsubscribing from DocuClipper Emails

How to stop tips, offers and check-in emails from DocuClipper, and which account emails you will still receive.

You can stop DocuClipper's tips, offers and check-in emails at any time, in one click, without signing in.

Three ways to unsubscribe

  1. The Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any DocuClipper email. Click it and a page confirms "You are unsubscribed" for your address. The link in every email keeps working for as long as you keep the email, and clicking it again is harmless.
  2. Your email app's Unsubscribe button. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo show an Unsubscribe button next to the sender's name. Use it and you are unsubscribed right away. Some apps do this by sending a short email for you, which is also processed automatically.
  3. Email us. Send any message from the address you want removed to unsubscribe@files.docuclipper.com. No text is needed.

If a link ever shows "This unsubscribe link is not valid" (for example, it was cut off when the email was forwarded), the page has an Unsubscribe by email button that does option 3 for you.

What unsubscribing stops

Unsubscribing stops every marketing and product-education email from DocuClipper: trial tips, onboarding nudges, offers, review requests and "checking in" notes.

What you will still receive

Emails about your own account and work keep coming, because you need them:

  • password resets and sign-in codes
  • receipts, invoices and billing notices
  • notifications about your conversions and exports
  • notices about your data, such as storage deletion warnings

To stop those too, close your account.
