Our free trial is the best way to make sure DocuClipper fits your needs before you pay. This article explains how billing and refunds work once the trial ends.
DocuClipper’s Refund Policy
- Try before you pay. Every new customer gets a free trial with no credit card required. You can test the service and cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
- No refunds after the trial period. Because the trial lets you evaluate DocuClipper in full beforehand, we don't issue refunds on subscription charges once a paid period has started — this includes changing your mind, not using the service, or dissatisfaction with results.
- Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period. When you cancel a subscription, it stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that. We don't prorate or refund the unused part of a period. See Canceling your subscription for the steps.
- Genuine billing errors are corrected. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact support@docuclipper.com and we'll make it right.
- Termination for cause. We may terminate a subscription and decline a refund if we determine the account has violated our terms of service, engaged in fraud, or abused the service.
- Policy changes. We may update this policy at any time. Changes are posted on our website and apply to future purchases.
