DOCUCLIPPER Charge on Your Card Statement
What a DOCUCLIPPER charge on your bank or card statement is, how to find the account and invoice behind it, and how to cancel or get help.
A charge that reads DOCUCLIPPER (some banks show DOCUCLIPPER.COM) on your bank or credit card statement is a payment for DocuClipper, the software that converts bank statements, invoices and other financial documents into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks and Xero. Payments are processed by Stripe. DocuClipper is operated by Grand Plans, LLC, which is the legal name you may see in the small print of an invoice.
What the charge can be
- A plan payment. Monthly plans are charged on the same day each month; annual plans are charged once a year on the day you subscribed. Plans renew automatically until they are canceled. See When does my plan renew?
- Additional pages. If your account processed more pages than your plan includes, the extra pages are billed separately, and the invoice line reads "Additional pages". See Credits & Overages.
- An upgrade. Moving to a bigger plan charges the new plan's price on the day you upgrade, and a new billing period starts that day. See Changing Your DocuClipper Plan.
Find the invoice behind a charge
- Log in to DocuClipper.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Open Plan & Billing.
- Click Manage billing & download invoices. Your billing history opens in Stripe, with every payment, its date and amount, and a downloadable invoice and receipt.
Don't recognize the charge?
Most charges people don't recognize come from an account opened by someone else on the same card, such as a colleague, your bookkeeper or another person at your firm, or from an account opened with a different email address. Email support@docuclipper.com with:
- the date and amount of the charge,
- the last four digits of the card, and
- any email addresses you or your team might have used.
We'll find the account, tell you what the charge was for, and help you cancel it if no one should be paying for it. Asking us is the fastest way to resolve a charge: we aim to reply to every request within one business day, while a bank dispute takes weeks.
Stop future charges
Cancel the plan from Settings > Plan & Billing. A monthly or annual plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and is not charged again; an annual plan paid monthly ends at the end of its one-year commitment. See Canceling Your DocuClipper Subscription for the steps, and the Refund Policy for how refunds work.
