To cancel a DocuClipper subscription, click your name in the top-right, open Settings → Plan & Billing, click Cancel Plan, pick a reason, and confirm — or email support@docuclipper.com and the team will cancel for you.
All DocuClipper plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the exact end date is shown on screen when you confirm.
How do I cancel my DocuClipper subscription?
There are two ways to cancel:
Option 1: Cancel through Account Settings
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Click Plan & Billing in the settings menu.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Select a cancellation reason and add optional feedback, then choose:
- Cancel Subscription: cancels automatically at the end of the current billing period.
- Contact Support: creates a support ticket; the team will cancel on your behalf.
- Confirm the prompt. You will see your cancellation date and retain access until that date.
Option 2: Email us directly
Email support@docuclipper.com with your account details. Include a brief reason so we can continue improving the service.
