Canceling Your DocuClipper Subscription
Cancel your DocuClipper subscription at any time, through account settings or by emailing support. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
At DocuClipper, all plans are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
There are two ways to cancel:
Option 1: Cancel through Account Settings
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Click Plan & Billing in the settings menu.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- Select a cancellation reason and add optional feedback, then choose:
- Cancel Subscription: cancels automatically at the end of the current billing period.
- Contact Support: creates a support ticket; the team will cancel on your behalf.
- Confirm the prompt. You will see your cancellation date and retain access until that date.
Option 2: Email us directly
Email support@docuclipper.com with your account details. Include a brief reason so we can continue improving the service.
