How to Change Personal Information and Email
Update your name, login email, and password in DocuClipper, and what to do when an email change isn't possible through the UI.

You can edit most profile details yourself from Account Settings. Email address changes go through support in a few cases.
Updating your name or display name
- Click your name in the top-right of the dashboard → Settings.
- In the Profile section, edit the Name field.
- Click Update Name to save.
Your name appears on subscription invoices and in emails sent from DocuClipper.
Updating your login email
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Edit the Email field.
- Click Update Email. You'll receive a confirmation email at the new address.
- Click the confirmation link to complete the change. Until you confirm, your old email remains active for login.
If the email change fails, typically because the new address is already associated with another DocuClipper account, email support@docuclipper.com with the old and new addresses. Support can merge or migrate accounts as needed.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Click Change Password, enter your current password, then the new one.
- Click Save.
If you've forgotten the current password, use Forgot Password on the login screen instead.
