DocuClipper keeps a record of every conversion job on your account. You can download a full history as a CSV, which includes job names, page counts, processing dates, and the account email of whoever ran each job.
Download your job history
- Navigate to docuclipper.com/app/dataArchive, or click your profile icon and choose Job History.
- Optionally filter by file type or tags to narrow the results.
- Click Download Job History.
A CSV file downloads to your computer containing all jobs within your plan's retention window.
Data retention by plan
| Plan | Retention |
|---|---|
| Starter / Free Trial | 30 days |
| Professional | 30 days |
| Business | 2 years |
| Enterprise | 5 years |
Jobs older than the retention window are automatically purged. If you need to recover data from an expired job and still have the original PDF, re-uploading it produces the same output.
What the CSV includes
- Job name and ID
- Date created and completed
- Page count
- Status
- Account email that submitted the job
- Tags (L1 folder and L2 project, if assigned)
