How To Access Job History In DocuClipper

Download a full history of every document conversion on your account, including file names, page counts, and processing dates.

Last updated

DocuClipper keeps a record of every conversion job on your account. You can download a full history as a CSV, which includes job names, page counts, processing dates, and the account email of whoever ran each job.

Download your job history

There are two ways to get the CSV:

From your converted files list

  1. Navigate to docuclipper.com/app/dataArchive.
  2. Optionally filter by document type (Bank Statements, Invoices & Receipts, Forms) or tags to narrow the results.
  3. Click Download History.

From Account Settings

  1. Click your profile icon → SettingsExports & Audit.
  2. Under Processing history, click Download CSV.

Converted Files list showing the File Type and Tags filters with the Download History button

Either option downloads a CSV containing all jobs currently retained on your account.

How long jobs are kept

Account statusRetention
Free trial (or no active subscription)30 days from upload
Active paid subscriptionKept while your subscription stays active

On a free trial or an account without an active subscription, jobs are automatically purged 30 days after they're created. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your jobs are retained for as long as the subscription remains active. If you later cancel, a retention clock starts and your stored data is eventually removed (we email you a warning before it's deleted).

A couple of exceptions keep the 30-day window even on a paid account: jobs uploaded by an added seat user and jobs ingested by an automation (Google Drive, email, or API) are retained for 30 days.

If you need to recover data from a purged job and you still have the original PDF, re-uploading it produces the same output.

What the CSV includes

  • Job name and ID
  • Date created and completed
  • Page count
  • Status
  • Account email that submitted the job
  • Tags (L1 folder and L2 project, if assigned)
